My introduction to photography began in 1992 when my step father gave me a manual medium format film camera shortly after graduating from the NAU business school in Flagstaff, AZ. Having lived in and around Sedona, AZ much of my formative years, the unique landscapes of this area are what initially sparked my appreciation for natural surroundings and outdoor activities such as climbing, skiing, and biking.

In 1993 I moved to Colorado and after a brief stint in the "real world" I spent several years working as a mountain guide. This allowed me incredible opportunities to travel and document my adventures with photographs. As this hobby slowly transformed into a profession, I am still most inspired by the pursuit of capturing outdoor adventure and the lifestyles surrounding it. In 2009 I added a video component to my business in an effort to offer a full spectrum of visual media solutions to my clients.

Currently based in Lafayette, CO, I am enjoying the process of evolving my craft and balancing my personal pursuits with my professional and family life. Thanks for visiting my web site.
